Why a Group Session?

A group yoga session gets a group personalized attention. Together we explore the practice of yoga and how it can benefit you depending on your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. It is a good option if you get together a group of friends (2-15 people max.) with whom to share your session. Its convenient if you can share time, location, and personal attention. You can also create a meet-up group that shares similar needs or necessities, and you can split the costs. We can practice as workplace wellness classes, like at lunch, before or after work or for special events, such as an employee appreciation day or health fair.​

I work with individual clients and groups of all ages and all experience levels. Session can be instructed in English or Spanish, at the comfort of your home or workplace, as convenient. In the session I provide Yoga Instruction, including stretching (warm up), Breath techniques, Yoga poses, Meditation, Mudras all accordingly to the group level.

What to expect?

In our first session we will start talking for about the group necessities or needs for the yoga practice. We will have a  meditation to get consciously grounded. We follow with setting up goals so we have a broad idea what we are looking for our sessions to go. We also talk about good homework ideas, strategies and specific ways to help you improve your yoga practice as your lifestyle.Depending on the groups needs the class can vary from slow or intensive flow, chair yoga, restorative, or guided meditation.

 

Props are provide, but it is recommended that as a way for you to continue your practice at home, you should purchase your own set of props to use at your leisure.
