I Learn to Trust the Unknown

If I have to say what is the scariest thing in life, that will be fear. There is always this part of not knowing what is going to happen that is so scary for many. Fear can stop our life to accomplish our goals and dreams. So the big question will be if we have many tools that we already have and know to release fear, why do we still keep feeling fear and forgetting to use them?

Everyday we have the opportunity to rebirth, to learn again, one step at a time with patience and love. We need to learn to trust the unknown because there is no fear in the past or in the future. Without fear, we can see new possibilities. For that, we can practice to be present in the moment and to trust from our hearts. With trust, it’s easier to make our decisions to open our intuition and live without stress. It’s about practice and consistency of releasing our mind and the logical mind in order to live with no fear. We’re learning to be in the self, owning ourselves, knowing ourselves to be a whole self.

To do this, everyday we could increase our strength, our focus, and concentration with yoga, reading, writing, repeating affirmations, and being present in our feet, grounded all the time. We should remind ourselves that we’re unique and special and that everything we do is for us. Everybody else will do things for themselves, therefore we don’t have to worry about anybody else but ourselves. Actually, Ajna Is this sixth chakra, it’s located in between our eyes and our foreheads. It’s the chakra related to the element of light and the ability to see clearly, to visualize, and the helper for our intuition. It teaches us to relax the mind and to follow our heart and our inner voices, to be able to open up and see new perspectives and new possibilities.

This is our way to claim ourselves back, to know who we are. We need to accept whatever feelings are present in our bodies and acknowledge them as real. This will lead to our intuition to be strong, focus, and concentrated on our purpose and dreams. But always, we should remember to be patient and gentle when there’s struggle in our lives. Everything will pass by, the same way as life does. We should love ourselves to be creative and to enjoy every moment and every second of our life.

The light in me, recognizes the light in you,
