Slow down let things develop like the moon cycle

The moon teaches us that cycles are natural. There are beginnings and culminations, time to plant and harvest, time to wish and enjoy the results. The moon cycle is a reminder for us to pay attention to hidden feelings and for the emotions that arise all the time. This brings us to work with us constantly allowing challenges to be our teachers and continue enjoying the results of our beautiful work.

Today's reality is asking us to go out of our minds and the overthinking. We can move forward by stopping looking outside and instead pay attention within ourselves to find that fear is just an imaginary veil. This veil is just stopping us to connect with the beautiful light that resides in our hearts. And amazingly this is also benefiting our planet because we are able to live with a bright light that is going to be reflected all around us.

The moon brings out that we can flow through changes and let the rhythm be organic and free. And the best way to accomplish this is by stopping any resistance or fight and just move through the process: trust.

Trust is essential in everything. Trust happens when we let the circumstances be part of the journey and enjoy the present as it is; perfect for the now.

Take your time to process the journey of any cycle, just like the moon rises the tides and flows. The moon invites us to take the time to slow down, nourish ourselves from inside to the outside and observe the information received and flow with the process.

I invite you to release from your life all that is not serving you anymore to the earth and from that center bring back to you a new bright energy to be flourished.

It’s important to know that if you feel so highly emotional is because you are in need to release. So let go. Allow yourself to enjoy each cycle ending, collect your harvest and plant again. Wish and enjoy!

That the light in me, recognizes the light in you,
