Turning your Gaze Inward

How do we maintain our clear, balance, and bright mind even when everything around us can be unbalanced or negative? How do we switch the energy to be balanced and straight to our goal? We tend to start our days looking outside for noises, words, or people, schedules, or opinions, etc. We think or believe that the answers are always coming from outside of us; waiting for something or someone to tell us what are we doing wrong. However, we are wasting our energy looking for the answers to come from outside. Actually, it’s the opposite way around, we should start our day by looking from the inside to the outside. If we start our day turning our attention inward, we’ll find a more balanced and aligned mind, body, and soul; a beautiful bright being.

Unconditional love will always start from the inside. Goals and desires are also going to start from the inside. So no wonder why we cannot find answers, if we are always looking outward to receive them. Hardly our answers will be clear if they’re coming from outside, because they’re not coming from the desire to grow into your own personal life journey.

If we let ourselves to find answers outside, most likely, we’re just avoiding the truth. By going outside to find the true answers, it will just lead us to patterns and archetypes that might be hard to break through and move forward. They might keep us doing the same over and over; turning us away from the answers that really matter.

We need to let our heart to guide us to the next step. When we practiced yoga and like many other practices (especially coming from the orient) we will find that each practice starts by looking inward. We start by paying attention to our breath, and paying attention to our feelings and thoughts. Those that can are able to be dissolved and bring space to our heart, to speak to us, and to guide us to the beautiful present moment. When the space is available in the inside, we can be aware of sensations and feelings and even new ideas that will guide us to continue in our path to make clear decisions.

Whatever you are going through at this moment in your life, make the decision to start the practice of looking for answers inward. Turned you gaze into your heart and into a clear mind of your beautiful divine self open to guide you with unconditional love towards answers. Practice is the key. Clear your mind and open your heart with a shiny light. I invite to stop looking for answers everywhere else rather than inward because most likely, you will end without a personal clear respond. Soon, with perseverance and patience you will find what you are looking for.

That the light I see in me, recognizes the light I see in you,
