Willingness to Change

If you're looking for a personal transformation, willingness is a big requirement in life and in the practice of yoga and meditation. As you might know, yoga comes to be a practice of what life brings to us. And both of them need a deep and strong desire to transform oneself to live happy outside and inside our body, mind, and spirit. It requires us to be eager to learn new things, open in hearts to embrace love and joyful in the pursuit of our divine path.

To put this into practice, we need to leave the world of others where they belong ... with them. We need to stop blaming them for our outcomes, if we want to live without control and judgement. So then, we can live a life with trust and faith, and surrender into the unknown; knowing that everything is created and build from us and to us.


Imagine living without negativity from any situations or people, and be free from fear. So we can find logic and clarity in our day to day to move forward with creativity just the way it has to be.

I invite you to surrender and trust that the universe is proving all that you need for you to make it work. Even challenges are brought to you by the universe; providing the tools to teach you how to overcome them and gain strength and confidence. Take control of your life. Believe in yourself and take a step towards you lighten path of joy and love. Look to be the decision-maker in your life to understand the world in you.




Let’s look for a change of inner peace and contentment by putting into practice healthy habits, stopping old cycles and embracing our present moment.
